Habitat is offering a freestanding honeycomb-paper snowman measuring 88.5cm tall for £15. The Ideal Home report presents it as an affordable alternative to adding another Christmas tree, though availability and current stock are not confirmed.
Habitat is selling an 88.5cm-tall paper snowman for £15, offering shoppers a freestanding festive decoration that takes up less space than another Christmas tree. The honeycomb-paper design was featured by Ideal Home as part of the retailer’s Christmas range, but the report does not establish whether the item remains in stock.
The Habitat Large Paper Snowman Christmas Decoration has a classic snowman outline and a honeycomb paper structure, according to Ideal Home. At nearly 90cm tall, it is designed to stand on the floor and can add height and shape to a display without requiring a full-size tree. The report lists its price as £15.
Ideal Home suggested placing the decoration beside a Christmas tree or in a less-decorated part of the home, such as a corner, conservatory or area beneath a staircase. Those are styling suggestions from the publication, rather than instructions or claims from Habitat. The article describes the snowman’s design as simple, with its size and recognisable shape providing its visual impact.
The product sits alongside other paper decorations in Habitat’s range, including a green honeycomb paper tree also listed at £15, paper candy ornaments and hanging paper stars. Ideal Home also noted that Habitat’s paper stars had returned after previous sell-outs. The report provides no sales figures or stock data for the snowman itself.
A Statement Decoration for £15
The snowman gives shoppers a lower-cost option for adding a large festive feature without buying a second traditional tree. Its standing format may also suit households looking to decorate a spare corner or extend a display beyond the main living room. At £15, it is priced as a relatively small addition to seasonal decorating, although the source does not compare it with other retailers’ snowmen or provide information about materials beyond paper.
Its appeal also reflects the paper-decoration trend described by Ideal Home, which points to stars, trees and other honeycomb designs as popular seasonal choices. Paper decorations can be folded or stored, but the report does not state whether this particular snowman is collapsible, reusable, or supplied with storage instructions. Buyers should check the product listing for those practical details before purchasing.

Paper Decorations in Habitat’s Range
Ideal Home’s report places the snowman within a broader shift toward paper Christmas decorations, including paper stars and tree-shaped ornaments. It cites Habitat’s green honeycomb paper tree, priced at £15, and a separate large paper tree sold by Next as examples of alternatives to conventional artificial trees. These examples describe the trend as the publication saw it; no market-wide sales figures are supplied.
The article also says Habitat’s paper stars had returned to its Christmas shop after selling out in previous seasons, and mentions paper decorations from IKEA. The snowman extends that product category from hanging or tree-shaped pieces to a tall floor-standing figure. The source does not give a launch date, a product code or details of how long the snowman will be available.

Stock and Product Details Unconfirmed
The source lists the snowman at £15 and gives its height as 88.5cm, but does not confirm its current price, stock status or delivery options. The article’s publication timing is not stated in the supplied material, so its description of the item as newly added should not be read as confirmation that it is still a new release.
Further details are also absent, including whether the paper decoration is intended for indoor use only, how it is assembled, whether it folds flat for storage, and what materials or care instructions apply. The report does not provide a direct statement from Habitat about durability or environmental impact. Those points should be checked against the retailer’s current product information.
Check Habitat’s Current Listing
Shoppers interested in the decoration can check Habitat’s current Christmas product listing for availability, price and delivery information. They should also review the product specifications for assembly, storage and care instructions, since the supplied report does not cover those details. No further product announcement, restock date or availability update is included in the source material.
